# Tom Pelissero Sweeps Week 32, 1,932 Takes Graded, and the MVP Ballot Splits 20 Ways | MissedTakes Daily

[Tom Pelissero](/pundits/tom-pelissero) took both Pundit of the Week awards for 2026-W32 — MissedTakes Score (33.33) and Accuracy (90.34) — off 7 graded takes across 3 articles. Seven takes is a week, not a body of work, and the site's own confidence tag on his season-long record still reads "limited." But a clean sweep is a clean sweep. ## 1,932 takes hit the grader

The last seven days put 1,932 graded takes on the board against 1,572 new ones logged. Mock draft picks did most of the volume at 546, more than double the next category.

That mix matters for reading anyone's weekly numbers. Mock draft picks, depth chart calls, and positional finishes grade very differently from playoff picks, so a good or bad week is partly a question of which bucket a pundit happened to be filling.

## The best and worst calls came from the same take

One oddity worth flagging: [Dylan O'Brien](/pundits/dylan-o-brien)'s game-by-game [11-6 projection for the 2025 Jets](/opinions/00f47095-c3ef-4500-a45d-fa58d97676b1) shows up at the top of the week's best-calls list at 100 accuracy and +200 skill, and three times in the worst-calls list at 0 accuracy and -200. That's a multi-part take being graded piece by piece — individual games inside it hit and missed. Read it as a component-level ledger, not a verdict on the whole projection.

[Chris Brockman](/pundits/chris-brockman) landed on both lists too, but with different takes. His [season-preview slate](/opinions/9eed05ca-bbeb-45bd-a68c-8e52d4839184) — Cowboys collapsing to a top-five pick after the Micah Parsons trade, the Giants as the out-of-nowhere team, the 49ers at championship weekend with Brock Purdy an MVP finalist — graded at 100. His [NFC South order](/opinions/131d5e9e-fb6e-4065-b724-39f59b1083a6), Falcons first and Saints last with the No. 1 pick and Arch Manning, graded at 0. [Rich Eisen](/pundits/rich-eisen) got a 100 for [endorsing the Giants and 49ers calls](/opinions/20cb53f6-8d26-4a3a-b55a-a2171b1bc2b0) while rejecting the four-2024-quarterbacks-in-the-playoffs idea. [Kurt Warner](/pundits/kurt-warner)'s [Chiefs-over-Eagles Super Bowl](/opinions/7dc424fd-c6fd-475c-9334-4a63a2ca557a), plus Bengals in and Steelers out, graded at 0.

No pundits are logged as changing their minds this period.

## The MVP ballot was a 20-way scatter

76 MVP picks for 2025 spread across 20 different players. Matthew Stafford won it, and he was also the plurality pick at 17 — 22 percent of the ballots.

Offensive Rookie of the Year was thinner and messier: 26 picks, and the winner, Tetairoa McMillan, drew 4 of them. Ashton Jeanty led the field with 5. Two of the 26 ballots in the packet resolve to internal IDs rather than player names, so treat that total as approximate.

On season win totals, the largest collective miss belongs to Kansas City — 6.3 wins off across 13 calls, the most-projected team in the group. Seattle and Denver are next at 5.0 (7 and 6 calls), then New England at 4.8 across 10 calls, Washington at 4.8 across 7, and Las Vegas at 4.5 across 9. Kansas City, Washington, and Las Vegas carry the opposite sign from Seattle, Denver, and New England, so the room missed in both directions rather than just running uniformly hot.

## The leaderboard, and a caveat

[Daniel Jeremiah](/pundits/daniel-jeremiah) still leads at 31.09 on 239 graded takes — one of only three "established" records in the top ten, alongside Eisen (20.62 on 271) and [Colin Cowherd](/pundits/colin-cowherd) (18.33 on 326). [Joe Pisapia](/pundits/joe-pisapia) sits second at 30.13, but on 11 graded takes.

Note how far score and accuracy can pull apart: Jeremiah's accuracy is 56.51 and he's first; Pisapia's is 84.58 and he's second.
