Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win the division
The Bucs will hope for better from a healthy Baker Mayfield, and they are likely the best team in the NFC South.
Tyler Shough to outplay his draft cost
If that happens and Shough remains as efficient in the red zone as he was as a rookie, then lift off. Even if he comes closer to the pack in terms of efficiency due to sample size, there is an added upside to having more opportunities in that area of the field
Justin Herbert to outplay his draft cost
Herbert was not glaringly bad versus expectations in the red zone last season, but there is plenty of meat on the bone for improvement in 2026.
Jaxson Dart to outplay his draft cost
I do want to touch on Jaxson Dart because he has not been as valued this offseason as his ceiling showcased, even by myself. ... Even if Dart can get to baseline levels of passing efficiency near the end zone, his stock goes way up.
Seattle Seahawks to make the playoffs
While I'm not betting on Seattle to miss the playoffs... While I don't expect them to miss the playoffs, it's more than reasonable to see a path in which they are battling for a Wild Card berth late in the season with many other fringe playoff teams.
Tier 1 Fantasy Football WRs: Ja'Marr Chase, Puka Nacua, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jaxon Smith-Njigba — We are starting with the four players who I believe have the best odds at finishing as this year's WR1 overall.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba to finish top 1 at his position, by receiving yards
We still fully expect Smith-Njigba to lead Seattle in targets and for this passing game to run through him again
St. Brown is my favorite first-round fantasy pick this season after Jahmyr Gibbs , Bijan Robinson , Ja'Marr Chase , and Puka Nacua .
Penei Sewell to be 1st on the depth chart
Penei Sewell is expected to move over to left tackle following the release of Taylor Decker.
Tier 1 Fantasy Football RBs: Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson ... I am edging slightly towards Gibbs ... That is why I ultimately side with Gibbs when holding the first pick in drafts.
Christian Mahogany to be 1st on the depth chart
Christian Mahogany is still an expected starter this season.
Blake Miller to be 1st on the depth chart
First-round pick Blake Miller, out of Clemson, will take over at right tackle.
Cade Mays to be 1st on the depth chart
Detroit signed Cade Mays from Carolina to take over at center.
Tier 1 Fantasy Football QBs: Josh Allen
Josh Allen to finish top 1 at his position, by fantasy points
We are opening with the player who has the highest odds of finishing as the QB1 in overall scoring.
Trey McBride to fall short of his draft cost (the second round of non-TE Premium drafts)
they are why I would suggest he is not someone I would pull the trigger on in the second round of non-TE Premium drafts... Even with McBride having the best odds to run the most routes again, I am not drafting him at his current cost
Tier 1 Fantasy Football TEs: Brock Bowers, Trey McBride, Colston Loveland
Jacoby Brissett to be 1st on the depth chart
Brissett remains the starter as an added positive
Carson Beck to be 1st on the depth chart
I am entering the season expecting to see Carson Beck start games in 2026, and we could even see Gardner Minshew for a spell as a bridge to Beck.
2026 Fantasy Quarterback Rankings: 1. Josh Allen ... 2. Drake Maye ... 3. Lamar Jackson ... 4. Jayden Daniels ... 5. Joe Burrow
Joe Burrow to finish top 1 at his position, by passing tds
Best bet to lead the league in passing touchdowns if he can stay on the field.
2026 Fantasy Running Back Rankings: 1. Jahmyr Gibbs ... 2. Bijan Robinson ... 3. Christian McCaffrey ... 4. James Cook ... 5. Saquon Barkley

2026 Fantasy Wide Receiver Rankings: 1. Puka Nacua ... 2. Ja'Marr Chase ... 3. Jaxon Smith-Njigba ... 4. Amon-Ra St. Brown ... 5. Justin Jefferson
