The Philadelphia Eagles won't be able to unload Carson Wentz and his mega-contract, so Wentz and Jalen Hurts enter camp in a competition for the starting quarterback job.
it's absolutely cause for optimism for Benson's path to making the 53-man roster
There's Waddle, Courtland Sutton, Mims, Bryant, Franklin, and Humphrey, which will make it difficult for Butler to crack the roster... If they keep five wideouts on the 53-man roster, as they have the past three years, it would be hard to see Butler outshining Mims, Bryan, or Franklin for the fifth spot.
Brazzell's Wednesday LCL sprain is expected to sideline him for the entire season
because he suffered an ACL injury so late in the season, he is unlikely to be ready for Week 1. He could miss at least the first quarter of the season, and possibly longer
He’s a practice squad player only right now, but he could find a role in Miami in a couple of years.
