Herbert was not glaringly bad versus expectations in the red zone last season, but there is plenty of meat on the bone for improvement in 2026.
If that happens and Shough remains as efficient in the red zone as he was as a rookie, then lift off. Even if he comes closer to the pack in terms of efficiency due to sample size, there is an added upside to having more opportunities in that area of the field
I do want to touch on Jaxson Dart because he has not been as valued this offseason as his ceiling showcased, even by myself. ... Even if Dart can get to baseline levels of passing efficiency near the end zone, his stock goes way up.
While I'm not betting on Seattle to miss the playoffs... While I don't expect them to miss the playoffs, it's more than reasonable to see a path in which they are battling for a Wild Card berth late in the season with many other fringe playoff teams.
We still fully expect Smith-Njigba to lead Seattle in targets and for this passing game to run through him again
St. Brown is my favorite first-round fantasy pick this season after Jahmyr Gibbs , Bijan Robinson , Ja'Marr Chase , and Puka Nacua .

Tier 1 Fantasy Football RBs: Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson ... I am edging slightly towards Gibbs ... That is why I ultimately side with Gibbs when holding the first pick in drafts.
First-round pick Blake Miller, out of Clemson, will take over at right tackle.
Penei Sewell is expected to move over to left tackle following the release of Taylor Decker.
