American Football Conference · AFC East
The Miami Dolphins were founded in 1965 in Miami, Florida. They play home games at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, where the club is also headquartered. Stephen Ross owns the franchise, with Jon-Eric Sullivan serving as general manager and Jeff Hafley as head coach. The Dolphins have experienced stretches of both promise and frustration over the years covered here. After hovering around .500 in the early 2010s, they broke through with a 10–6 playoff season in 2016, only to slip back for several years. A rebuild bottomed out at 5–11 in 2019 before consecutive 10–6 and 9–8 campaigns restored competitiveness. Miami reached the playoffs again in 2022 and posted an 11–6 record in 2023, their best mark in this span. The 2024 and 2025 seasons brought regression, with records of 8–9 and 7–10 respectively. The current roster features De'Von Achane, Jaylen Wright, Chop Robinson, and quarterback Malik Willis among its notable names.

“Both of them played about half the offensive snaps, which clearly indicates their spot on the 53-man roster is far from secure. On the contrary, it's clear both are in danger, if not outright on their way out.”
