Reviewing the combine, Shook said Makhai Lemons will be the first of the two USC receivers drafted (ahead of Jacoby Lane), called Notre Dame's Jeremiah Love a possible top-three pick, called Mendoza a lock for No. 1 overall, pegged Parker Brailsford as a late Day 2 pick, and expects Minkah Fitzpatrick to be traded soon.
