The middle ground
The same graded calls, zoomed to the bands between the spikes — every take that earned partial credit.
Takes in each band
1,344 graded takes land strictly between the extremes, and the shape has a story: the counts climb as the scores improve. A take that earns partial credit is far more likely to be nearly right than nearly wrong.
This is where the curve-graded kinds live — mock draft picks (914), season win totals (151) and positional finishes (130) — the kinds where missing by a little costs a little, not everything.

So we have four guys and Tier one home Mahomes Allan, Jackson Daniels. Tier two, we have Herbert Golf and Stafford... So I would go Baker first, then Sam Murs... Then I would say Love and then Hurts... So we got bow Knicks in force... Russell Wilson has to be there... C J. Stroud has to be in that conversation.
He arguably is the offensive Rookie of the Year. He won't win it... it's gonna be Jayden, and I think Jayden deserves to win it this year.
He's looking he's Deck of the year... They're mad about the Jay danisty that's my pick, Jaye Daniels.
I kind of like the Chargers in this matchup... I just like La in this matchup above Houston, just because Houston has not been playing to the air level.
and that's why Kevin O'Connor will likely get it
I just don't think bone Knicks will play well enough to beat Josh Allen in Buffalo... But I just don't see Josh Allen losing this football game.
I think it's Lamar Jackson's MVP. I think the numbers he put up right now are historic.
they have good Jared Verst will probably be up for a Defensive Rookie of the Year... I think he'll be in the top three if he doesn't win it
Well, Kansas City Chiefs go one, your Detroit Lions two. Three would have to be Baltimore Ravens. I'm gonna go Baltimore at three, I'm gonna go Buffalo at four, and I'm gonna go Philadelphia Eagles at five
Pratt Certannel it might be the defensive player of the year this season... That's pretty awesome, and it couldn't happen to a better guy. I think he deserves it.
But I've got Broncos, Steelers and Chargers... I like the Chargers to go really far and compete with the Kansas City Chiefs.
I think the Packers, Vikings, and then Commanders. If you're asking me to rank the three of the NFC wildcard teams
Just at my ranking was the same as Peter
So I go Chargers, Broncos, and then the Steelers.
I got Vikings, Commanders, Packers, go I have Packers three.
Chargers, Steelers, Broncos most likely in my opinion, to win the conference.
I am not backing away from my super Bowl pick is usually pretty good. I got the Chiefs winning it all this year.
at the number three spot, I've got Washington... Number two, the Green Bay Packers... We're talking about the Minnesota Vikings... I see Vikings.
the Chargers, I think will beat the Texans
I would say health there's five teams that can win the Super Bowl. Lions, Eagles, Chiefs, Ravensville's
I would say health there's five teams that can win the Super Bowl. Lions, Eagles, Chiefs, Ravensville's
But I do think the Bills win by about ten points. I could see twenty eight, twenty thirty, twenty.
Yeah, it's hard to see a rookie quarterback long trip at Buffalo. I kind of I like Buffalo handling them pretty well.
My lean is the Chargers pass rush will give what's been a really shaky Texans O line trouble. I would probably lean Chargers there... I'd lean La
but Riley Leonard McCord out of Syracuse I think will end up being I think he'll end up being like a third round quarterback that sticks in the league for a long time. Kyle McCord is
