The middle ground
The same graded calls, zoomed to the bands between the spikes — every take that earned partial credit.
Takes in each band
1,344 graded takes land strictly between the extremes, and the shape has a story: the counts climb as the scores improve. A take that earns partial credit is far more likely to be nearly right than nearly wrong.
This is where the curve-graded kinds live — mock draft picks (914), season win totals (151) and positional finishes (130) — the kinds where missing by a little costs a little, not everything.

The only change that we have is I had the Ravens over the Buffalo Bills. (otherwise same as Chiefs, Lions, Eagles)
I think Lamar's gonna win.
so you have Lamar ahead of Alan right now... So you have you have that flipped. / Yes with a sigh.
Lamar Jackson, I think is the m v P.
this may just come down to Jimmy's and Joe's I think the Lions players are just flat out better offensively and defensively than the Commanders
It should be Chiefs and Lions roll and get ready for the next step.
automatically we're putting Mahomes, Allen and Lamar ahead of anybody in the NFC... I have Alan and Lamar, but it's very close, and I hate that. So you have you have that flipped.
I think it should be a consensus number one. I think it's Stafford... I think I might be Daniel's over and golf... if you're ranking these quarterbacks being pure, I think Hurts would be last.
So you just went through my one through four. Yeah, Stafford, goff Daniels Hurts.
The Dak Prescott is going to be the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys for the foreseeable future.
and if it, you know, with everything being said, he should be gone within the top five picks
I think probably Lamar Jackson should win, but I understand why Josh Allen will end up winning
We are out of the playoffs and our coach is going to win Coach of the Year and might have put together one of the most lackluster performances we've seen in the playoffs in recent times.
Lamar's clear cut VP. So steel is not doing it for me that much.
that award is going to go to Los Angeles this year with number seven on the list, and that's Jared First... Jared Vers upfront was one of the reasons he is my defensive Rookie of the Year. We'll see how that plays out at NFL Honors.
I am not backing away from my Super Bowl pick is usually pretty good. I got the Chiefs winning at all this year. We'll see if that happens.
We're going to give you an end of season list, a recap of the top ten rookie performances in twenty twenty four... Let's start with number ten... Ladd McConkie is number ten... Jayden Daniels comes in at number one in twenty twenty four as our most decorated rookie
He's gonna rush for two hundred and ten point five.
I got the Chargers over the Houston Texans.
I think Buffalo is going to win this game. I think Buffalo's going to win this game comfortably.
Listen up Charge Mergers, Ravens, Bills, Eagles, Commanders, Rams. Those are my picks.
Chargers, Ravens, Bills, Eagles, Commanders, Rams. Those are my picks.
I think Josh Allen goes out here and he just outplays, he outplays the Denver Broncos. They don't put up enough point to actually win this game.
I actually have Houston winning in that first game. This weekend, I have Houston at home upsetting the Chargers.
Ultimately, I lean Chargers. In a week where I don't have a lot of favorite picks, this was my third favorite pick.
