The middle ground
The same graded calls, zoomed to the bands between the spikes — every take that earned partial credit.
Takes in each band
1,344 graded takes land strictly between the extremes, and the shape has a story: the counts climb as the scores improve. A take that earns partial credit is far more likely to be nearly right than nearly wrong.
This is where the curve-graded kinds live — mock draft picks (914), season win totals (151) and positional finishes (130) — the kinds where missing by a little costs a little, not everything.

C J Stroud is a pro Bowl level
The Jaguars are a team I think is going to be great this year in terms of versus like their win total for instance, I really like they're over seven and a half.
I think Buffalo wins... it's one and a half for the Ravens right now
The one that was the closest to making my top three was the Dolphins... I kind of just liked them in this spot having a one week, one week win
Jaguars minus three and a half is my pick... I just think they're a way more complete team
I like the Jets giving up three points to the Steelers.
When the Carolina Panthers travel to Jacksonville, I believe with a new head coach and a seasoned quarterback and a unicorn on an island of survival, I think the Jaguars will be my life raft.
I'm choosing one game that I'm pretty sure is going to win this and I got the Denver Broncles beating at Tennessee Titans at home.
I have the Patriots at home against the Raiders. I'm gonna go with the Mike Rabel Patriots.
Okay, I'm gonna lay the points here. You're taking the Pittsburgh Steelers.
I think the Steelers will cover, So I'm gonna take the I'm gonna take the Steelers on this one.
I'll take the Ravens minus a point and a half, taking the Ravens point and a half
Oh, Land with the Broncos.
Go ahead, I'll take the Steelers.
I'm going to money line Buffalo.
I'll take the Titans getting eight and a half
Yeah, I'm taking the Broncos.
I'm money lining Buffalo as well.
I came away kind of optimistic for Dallas... Okay, this actually looks like a team that could be a playoff team.
I kind of want to take the Raiders here. In the opener
Yeah, I got Jaggs, I think comfortably.
j Mack believes the easiest bet on the board due to schedule and the greatness of Rock Party is San Francisco makes it
I only have one new team making the playoffs in the NFC, it's the Seahawks.
Lions have two new coordinators, but I love almost everything else about the organization... I only have one new team making the playoffs in the NFC, it's the Seahawks.
Steelers at the Jets. Jets, by the way, if for no other reason, I have one of my rules of betting is in a low scoring game, take points... Yeah. I like the Jets.
