The middle ground
The same graded calls, zoomed to the bands between the spikes — every take that earned partial credit.
Takes in each band
1,344 graded takes land strictly between the extremes, and the shape has a story: the counts climb as the scores improve. A take that earns partial credit is far more likely to be nearly right than nearly wrong.
This is where the curve-graded kinds live — mock draft picks (914), season win totals (151) and positional finishes (130) — the kinds where missing by a little costs a little, not everything.

his agent, Drew Rosenhaus says he's not planning to undergo surgery, that he will work out at his pro day, and Rosenhouse even said I'm confident he's going to go number one.
Grant's considered a first round prospect... he could be a first round
I think he might go as high as top five. He will not escape the top ten.
Ashton gent is one of the top running backs in this draft and will obviously be a first round. Pick
He is a top five pick and I wouldn't be shocked if he goes even higher than that.
Dart is a good quarterback. He's a pocket passer ten years ago, Chad, he's probably a top five, top ten pick right now. You know, he's probably gonna be back towards the end of the first round
Cynthia, you had Sanders ninth I think going to the Saints
the Titans. They're better served, at least at this point, getting a bridge quarterback with one of the free agents and then potentially taking in my mock Travis Hunter. He's the most dynamic player, the one that's worth that first pick overall.
The Raiders get Ashton Genty
The Browns take cam Ward
The Titans Abdull Carter, Penn State linebacker or edge.
Saints take Tyler Warren, the great tight end out of Penn State.
The Bags take Mason Graham defensive tackle out of Michigan.
Patriots take Will Campbell offensive tackle
The Jets take Shador Sanders.
Giants take Travis Hunter
Russ Depenny, where he is. I don't think that he signs anywhere as if he's not the starter. So I think Russ starts somewhere.
Here are the top ten free agents... T. Higgins... Trey Smith... Milton Williams three... Ronnie Stanley four, Zach Bond coming off a career year at number five, Sam Darnold at six, Osa Adigie Zua at number seven, Josh Sweat from the Eagles at eight, Chris Godwin at nine, and Carlton Davis... Nick Chubb at twenty nine is my one on one.
So every year I do my top ten prospects heading into the Combine. This was the list last year this day, Monday of Combine Week... Number ten... Nate Wiggins out of Clemson... I had Brock Bowers at number nine... Number eight... Tallyesci Fuaga out of Oregon State... Number seven with Malik Neighbors... I had him number six [Roma Doonza]... Last year I had Drake May. Drake May had five... Number four... I had Jaden Daniels... Number three was a Notre Dame boy... Joe allt... Number two. I had Marvin Harrison Junior... And then number one one overall going into the combine, I had Caleb Williams
I look forward to seeing Jackson Dart, who I think is the first round talent at quarterback. I think he's underrated talent now, might go at the end of first round, maybe second round, third round.
You might pass up on Mason Graham out of Michigan, who might be a top five player
I would throw Jackson Darton here, who I think is going to gain some momentum as a potential first round pick.
thirteen. Miami's got to get better along the offensive line, especially in the interior. Tyler Booker, I love him as a player.
We get keep it going here at seventeen one of my favorite players in the draft and Jaday... Baron from Texas... Their next pick for Cincinnati is forty nine.
The Pittsburgh Steelers taking Ashton Genty running back from Boise and State.
