The Las Vegas Raiders were founded in 1960 in Oakland, California, and now play their home games at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. Known by various monikers including Silver and Black, Men in Black, and Team of the Decades, the franchise is owned by Mark Davis and currently led by general manager John Spytek and head coach Klint Kubiak. The Raiders have experienced significant volatility in recent seasons. A 12–4 campaign in 2016 brought playoff football, and a 10–7 finish in 2021 did the same. Between those peaks, however, the record has been uneven—ranging from 4–12 in 2018 to competitive 8–8 and 8–9 marks. The 2024 and 2025 seasons proved especially difficult, combining for just 7 wins against 27 losses.
